GREGORY J. LASKODY, CCIM has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience throughout the South Florida market, with extensive expertise in investment sales, real estate mortgage and investment banking, and valuation. Collectively, he has been involved in over $2.0BB of commercial real estate transactions since graduating from the renowned and nationally-ranked Real Estate program of the College of Business at The Florida State University, where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and Finance in 1988. Since graduating, he has successfully completed more than 60 real-estate related courses and seminars sponsored by the Appraisal Institute, the CCIM Institute, accredited universities, and others.
Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership and management positions with some of the most notable companies in commercial real estate, such as: Deloitte; Nomura Capital; Wells Fargo, Q10 Capital; Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, and most recently as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets with Colliers International. In addition to being a Certified Commercial Investment Member (“CCIM”) of the CCIM Institute, he is also a former Member of the Appraisal Institute (“MAI”), and previously was a licensed mortgage broker, a state-certified general real estate appraiser, and a general real estate appraisal instructor, all in the State of Florida. In addition, he was also an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate Studies at Miami-Dade College.
Greg joined the Boca Raton office of CRE Florida Partners in August 2018 as a Senior Vice President of Investment Sales and Capital Markets, and focuses on investment sales and realty capital origination, the majority of which is focused on the South Florida tri-county market area. He was also a Conference Committee Member of The Florida State University’s Center for Real Estate Education and Research from 2011 through 2015. He has also been a panelist and speaker at various local, state-wide, and regional commercial real estate events.
