The vision for CRE Florida Partners emerged in 2011 and the firm was founded in 2012 by three visionary leaders who saw the need for a new kind of commercial real estate firm, different from any other. A firm with a broad vision that would retain a “boutique” presence but would project a “laser” focus for their clients.
Coming from two of the most deeply rooted firms in Florida and with a long and distinguished family history in Florida commercial real estate, Co-founding Partners Jack Lupo, Tom Robertson and Michael Rauch each bring unique strengths and perspectives to the firm.
Mr. Lupo’s company’s have been a driving force in commercial real estate in Palm Beach County since 1970. Mr. Rauch was most recently a Partner/Principal with NAI Global in Broward County, an established industry leader since 1967, and Mr. Robertson, a Sr. Vice President with the second largest commercial real estate firm in the United States, Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL).
